Life is like being a penny in a parking lot. You get beat down over time. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. It is time to start polishing.

5 minutes bike ride to warm up

1 mile walk or run to measure how you are progressing or maintaining

20 minutes knees to elbow to work your entire body – just pull your knees above parallel as you hang from a bar as many time as you can.
