Moving Day

It’s Friday and it is moving day! My oldest daughter has a full time job and is moving to Titusville, Florida. But all her stuff is in Leesburg, Georgia. Fun! Fun!

There is a lot of preparation that goes into moving day! You have to make sure you have everything line up and be ready to go when that day hits. My daughter did an awesome job of finding a good home in a great location. She made sure that the water and the power was set up and ready to go. My job as dad was to line up the truck get my buddy Gene and his son Bo to load all her stuff from storage on to truck, and drive 335 miles to Titusville! Then unload! Then fuel the truck back up and return the truck.💰

Preparation for your destination! Are you prepared for your final destination? Matthew 7:13-14 says, “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” What is your final destination and how are you preparing? Are you planning ahead?

So many people will miss out on heaven because they failed to be prepared! You see, heaven is a prepared place for a prepared person. A huge group of souls will miss heaven by 18″! That is because they had a head knowledge of God and not a heart change! Matthew 7:21-23 says, “Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”

Get ready for that last Moving Day, when you reach your final destination! Take care of all your preparation and make a decision to surrender everything to Christ! Jesus said in John 14:2-4, “In my Father’s mansion are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepared a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.” Heaven is a gift but it cost Jesus everything! Receive this amazing gift and surrender your life to Jesus Christ! God bless.
