Don’t You Dare

It’s the day before Thanksgiving and families are getting together to have a good time. We will gather around the table and smile, crack jokes, talk about old time, and stuff our face with a lot of good food! For some, we will pretend to be happy, and we will put our best foot forward. But the truth is, you are dying on the inside, you are overwhelmed, and you are at the end of your rope. Maybe you have lost someone that you loved so much, and you are hurting inside. Maybe you have a child that is on the wrong road and you are sick and tired of them wasting away. You maybe struggling finically and you see no way out. Maybe you just found out you have cancer! We have all been there, so don’t feel alone. It’s hard but it’s not impossible to overcome.

I want to share a verse with you this morning and it is found in Luke18:1. It says, “Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should pray and not give up.” I want to encourage you this morning, if you are struggling to find a smile, or looking for the light at the end of the tunnel, there is hope! Don’t you dare give up and keep on praying! God is always working behind the scenes, and most of the time we don’t see it. Just know that He is still in the miracle working business! Never forget; Greater is He that is in you, then he that is in the world! Hold on to truth this morning, keep on praying, keep on loving, and don’t give up! God’s got your back!

I pray over you peace, joy, and wisdom this morning! I am thankful for each one of you that read and share my blog! Each one of you are a blessing from God and I don’t take it for granted. Love you guys! Be safe as you travel!
